Ingredients to make Sprouted Moong and Onion Fritters

  • 1/2 cup, sprouted moong
  • 4 tablespoon, rice flour
  • 1 cup, gram flour (besan)
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoon, chopped coriander leaves
  • 4 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon, grated ginger
  • 3/4 teaspoon, coriander powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon, garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon, lemon juice
  • salt, to taste
  • red chilli powder, to taste
  • oil, to deep fry

How to make Sprouted Moong and Onion Fritters

  1. Take a large mouth bowl, add all the ingredients except oil. Mix well.
  2. Add water little by little and make a thick batter.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai. Now drop spoonfuls of batter into the oil and deep fry them until golden brown and crisp.
  4. Drain the fritters on a kitchen absorbent paper.
  5. Serve sprouted moong and onion fritters with tomato ketchup or chutney.
