Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup, sprouted moong
  2. 4 tablespoon, rice flour
  3. 1 cup, gram flour (besan)
  4. 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  5. 4 tablespoon, chopped coriander leaves
  6. 4 green chillies, finely chopped
  7. 1/2 teaspoon, grated ginger
  8. 3/4 teaspoon, coriander powder
  9. 3/4 teaspoon, garam masala powder
  10. 1 teaspoon, lemon juice
  11. Salt, to taste
  12. Red chilli powder, to taste
  13. Oil, to deep fry

Instructions

  1. Take a large mouth bowl, add all the ingredients except oil. Mix well.
  2. Add water little by little and make a thick batter.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai. Now drop spoonfuls of batter into the oil and deep fry them until golden brown and crisp.
  4. Drain the fritters on a kitchen absorbent paper.
  5. Serve sprouted moong and onion fritters with tomato ketchup or chutney.
