ABOUT WATERMELON SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Watermelon smoothie is one of the summer cool drinks which keeps us hydrated in the scorching heat.It is not only healthy but also very tasty and easy to prepare.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Watermelon - 2 cups (deseeded and cubed)
  2. Sugar - 1 cup
  3. Yogurt - 1 cup
  4. Cardamom (elaichi)- a pinch (powdered)
  5. Ice cubes - 8-10
  6. Salt - a pinch

Instructions

  1. For preparing watermelon smoothie take a blender jar and put cubed watermelon, sugar, 6 ice-cubes, yogurt, powdered cardamom and salt together in it.
  2. Blend them till they make an entirely smooth juice.
  3. The smoothie is ready. Pour it in two serving glasses and serve immediately with 2 ice cubes in each glass.
