Sprouting Increases Vitamin B 1, B 2, Vitamin c and it enhances the breakdown of complex compounds to a simpler form. It aids in Digestion. So here I have used Moong Sprouts with vegetables in tossed Noodles.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sprouted Moong ( green gram) 1 cup
  2. Carrot, chopped 1 cup
  3. Cabbage, chopped 1 cup
  4. Onion, chopped 2
  5. Spaghetti, boiled 2 cups
  6. Garlic, crushed 2 Tsp
  7. Ginger, grated 1 tsp
  8. Chilli crushed 1 tsp (adjust)
  9. Salt and pepper to taste
  10. Olive oil 2 tbsp
  11. Coriander leaves, finely chopped 1 tsp
  12. Dried herbs of your choice.( I have added thyme and Oregano)
  13. Tomato ketchup 1 Tbsp
  14. Soya sauce 2 Tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan. Add onions, saute till raw smell goes away.
  2. Add Sprouts and saute on medium high heat. Add garlic and ginger.
  3. After 5 to 7 minutes add cabbage, saute a little and then add carrots.
  4. Add salt, pepper and chilli crushed. Mix everything well.
  5. Now add tomato ketchup, boiled noodles. Toss it well.
  6. If serving for kids you can serve it from here.
  7. Now add soya sauce and dried herbs.
  8. Serve with Chilli sauce.( optional)
  9. You can serve for kids with chopped red grapes.
