Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 1/2 ltr(can use curd as well)
  2. Alphonso mangoes 2
  3. Oats 2 tbsp (dry roasted)
  4. Almonds 8 to 10

Instructions

  1. In the blender add chopped pieces of an alphonso mango, milk, oats and almonds.
  2. Grind to a smooth paste.
  3. Finely cut the other alphonso mango.
  4. Mix chopped pieces with the smoothie.
  5. Garnish with nuts and serve.
