Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fennel seeds - 2 Tablespoons
  2. Black Raisins - 1 Tablespoon
  3. Palm Candy - 2 Tablespoons (crushed)
  4. Water - 2 & 1\2 Cups

Instructions

  1. Soak fennel seeds and black raisins for 6 hours in half cup water.
  2. After 6 hours, grind it to a fine paste along with the water.
  3. Add two cups of water, mix well and strain.
  4. Add crushed palm candy to the juice and serve chilled.
