Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Any left over dal
  2. 1 onion, finely chopped
  3. 1 Green chili, finely chopped
  4. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  5. 1 tbsp malai
  6. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add in all ingredients except water and mix well.
  2. Sprinkle water if needed and make a soft pilable dough.
  3. Cover and let it rest for some time.
  4. Make balls of it and roll it out.
  5. Cook the rolled parathas in hot Tawa.
  6. Serve hot with curd.
