ABOUT Besan Gravy RECIPE

It is an alternate to Sabzi/daal for roti or rice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Gramflour 1 cup
  2. Onion 3,chopped
  3. Green chilli 4 ,chopped
  4. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 2tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  7. Coriander powder 3 tsp
  8. oil
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. To the besan flour add red chilly powder, salt and mix to form a dough by adding water.Make small balls of it.
  2. Fry them in hot oil.
  3. Heat oil in another pan, add oil add cumin seeds, green chilli and onions.Add spices and salt.
  4. When it gets roasted up add water.When the water boils add fried besan balls in it.
  5. Cook for about 15-20minutes.
  6. Enjoy Yum besan with roti/ rice.
