ABOUT Aamras RECIPE

On the auspicious day of Akshaya Tritiya here I am with very yummy and easy recipe of mango, aamras.Aamras is nothing but the mango pulp or puree which flavoured with cardamom and saffron.I wish all my friends happy Akshaya Tritiya.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 Alphonso mango
  2. 1 bowl milk
  3. 8-10 icecubes
  4. Sugar(as required)
  5. Saffron strands(5-6)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chopped mangoes.
  2. In a mixture jar, add chopped mangoes, ice cubes, cardamom powder, saffron strands,sugar and milk.
  3. Blend all ingredients well till you get a smooth puree.
  4. Transfer into a serving bowl.
  5. Garnish with saffron and sprinkle some cardamom powder.
  6. Serve chilled with puris.
