ABOUT Chocolate Almond Fudge RECIPE

Sinful indulgence of chocolate and almonds. This one is a super yummy and easy dessert to make at home. Takes very less time and can be stored for around 2 weeks in airtight container.

Ingredients Serving: 4

A chocolate compound, preferably milk or dark. 250 gm
Condensed milk 150 gm
almonds 1 cup
Vanilla essence 1 drop

Instructions

Roast the almonds for 1 minute on a tawa or microwave till aroma comes.
Chop them and keep aside.
Melt the chocolate compound in a microwave or in a vessel completely. It generally takes 1 minute in the microwave.
Add condensed milk and vanilla essence to chocolate and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
Add chopped almonds to chocolate mixture mix well.
Set in a souffle bowl or shallow pan lined with aluminium foil.
Garnish with finely cut almonds.
Set in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Once set, remove and cut square pieces with a knife.
