normally we make fried Dahi wadas,these are non fried,made in appe pan

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. whole moong 1 cup (soaked overnight)
  2. Oats 1/2 cup
  3. semolina 1/8 th cup
  4. Ginger 1tsp
  5. greenchilli 1tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Curd 1 cup
  8. buttermilk 1:1(curd :water)

Instructions

  1. make fine paste of moong
  2. add greenchilli
  3. add ginger
  4. add semolina
  5. mix and keep aside for 15 minutes
  6. add oats
  7. mix moong dal and oats mixture
  8. add salt
  9. make appe out of these in appe pan
  10. make all appes
  11. know soak these appe in buttermilk
  12. for half an hour
  13. press and remove it
  14. now do plating
  15. keep two wadas
  16. whisk curd and add sugar(optional)
  17. add green chutney and tamarind chutney
  18. sprinkle red chili powder
  19. little roasted cumin powder
  20. chopped corriander leaves
