Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Potatoes 3
  2. Gram flour /besan 1cup
  3. Turmeric powder 1tbsp
  4. Red chilli powder 3tbsp
  5. Asafoetida /hing a pinch
  6. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes.when it is boiled peel and mess it well.now add gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder,hing, salt, and mix all well, and add water only if only needed.
  2. Now heat up oil for deep fry. Put the mix into a greased Bhujia maker.
  3. Press it over the hot oil.
  4. Cook till the sizzling sound disappear.
  5. Drain over tissue paper to remove excess oil.
  6. Alu Bhujia is ready to eat.
