As we all know Lobia is very healthy but our kids really hate it so why not make it a little more interesting!! Lobia canopies delicious and healthy!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread 4 slices
  2. salt for taste
  3. tomato 1
  4. grapes handful
  5. paneer 100 grams
  6. Lobia 1 cup boiled
  7. Green chutney 2 tablespoon
  8. lemon 1/2
  9. pomegranate 1/4 cup
  10. coriander to garnish
  11. Red chilli powder
  12. Papad for garnish


  1. Cut the bread slices with a cookie cutter and press it inside a tart mould.
  2. Bake for 5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a separate bowl put cooked Lobia.
  4. Chop veggies and fruits.
  5. And mix all veggies, fruits and Lobia together.
  6. For taste add salt, chutney, lemon juice according to taste.make a chat.
  7. Fill the canopies with the chat.
  8. Garnish and serve!!
