ABOUT Tomato Soup RECIPE

This is a simple and easy soup which can be made at home which will give you a touch of restaurant taste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Tomatoes - 6 nos
  2. Garlic - 4 pods
  3. Bay leaf - 2
  4. Pepper pods - 15
  5. Sugar - 1 tbsp
  6. Water - 3 cups
  7. Butter - 1 tbsp
  8. Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  9. Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. In a cooker add tomatoes, garlic, pepper, bay leaves, salt and water and pressure cooker for 3 whistles.
  2. Allow to cool and then remove the bay leaves and grind the remaining things into a fine puree and strain.
  3. Heat a kadai and add butter. When butter melts, add cornflour and roast for 2 minutes. Then add the tomato puree and stir continuously for 5 minutes .
  4. Add in the sugar. Check the salt and spice level. Adjust pepper and salt.Once done switch off the stove.
  5. Serve hot with fried bread or soup sticks.

Thank u fr d recipe. Made for myself. Liked it a lot. Added a few pieces of toasted bread in it. It enhanced d taste.
