Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green peas- 1 cup
  2. Boiled chick peas-1/2 cup
  3. Spinach leaves-5 to 6
  4. Green chilli-4
  5. Lemon juice-5 tbsp
  6. Sesame seed white - 2 tbsp
  7. Salt- as per taste
  8. Olive oil- 5 tbsp
  9. Black pepper- 1 tsp
  10. Bajra flour- 2 cup
  11. Flax seed- 2 tsp
  12. Oil- for frying
  13. Baking soda- a pinch
  14. Corn flour

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add Bajra meal, salt, flax seeds, oil, baking soda, corn flour.
  2. Make a hard dough and keep a side for 10-15 min.
  3. Take a mixer jar add all ingredients of hummus.
  4. Grind slowly and add oil continuously.
  5. If you want you can add some water also.
  6. Check seasoning and adjust.
  7. Heat oil for frying.
  8. Divide dough into 2-3 parts and make rounds.
  9. Roll out in roti shape and cut into a triangle shape.
  10. Fry triangle for 3-4 min both sides.
  11. Serve hot and crispy nachos with creamy and yummy green pea hummus.
  12. Garnish with coriander spring and red chilli.
