Ingredients to make Mango Lassi

  • Ripe mango pulp - 5
  • yogurt. -2cups
  • cardamom powder. -1/2 tsp
  • honey/ Sugar -4-5tsp
  • Few strands of saffron
  • Ice cubes
  • Milk if needed

How to make Mango Lassi

  1. Cut the mango and scoop out the pulp.
  2. In a blender add mango pulp, yoghurt /curd, cardamom powder, honey/Sugar as per taste add ice cubes and blitz altogether.
  3. If the consistency is thick add milk and churns it.
  4. Pour this chilled mango smoothie in tall glasses garnished with saffron strands.
  5. Serve chilled.
  6. Enjoy your thirst quencher.

My Tip:

Add milk if lassi is too thick.
