ABOUT Carrot, Apple, Ginger, Lemon Drink RECIPE

Carrot - A Powerhouse of Vitamin A, contains vitamin C, D, E, K, also has minerals like Magnesium, Potassium and Calcium, Drinking a glass of Apple juice means having 10 different vitamins at a time. It is also rich in minerals. Ginger helps in relieving digestive problems. Vitamin C rich lemon also contains antibacterial properties.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Carrots 2
  2. Apple 2
  3. Ginger grated 1 tbsp
  4. Lemon 1 big. ( 2 tsp juice / glass)
  5. Sugar 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take out juice of carrot in juicer. If you don't have juicer, grate it frezh and blend on pulse mode. Strain out the juice.
  2. Same way peel apple and take out the juice.
  3. Add a little water ( 2 tsp) to grated ginger and squeeze out the juice.
  4. Add sugar. Mix well.
  5. Add lemon juice and serve chilled.
