Ingredients to make Mango Mastani

  • 2 Alphonso mangoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1\2 tub Vanilla ice cream
  • Crushed almond, cashew and pistachios
  • 1/2 cup Milk

How to make Mango Mastani

  1. Layer finely ground dry fruits in a glass.
  2. Arrange few mango cubes over the dry fruits.
  3. Keep two scoops of icecream and few mango cubes separate.
  4. In a blender, blend mango cubes, vanilla ice cream and milk and make a thick milk shake
  5. Pour this mango shake over mango cubes in the glass.
  6. Add a scoop of icecream over the shake.
  7. Add roughly chopped dry fruits and remaining mango cubes for garnishing.
  8. Serve immediately.

My Tip:

Lots of dry fruits make the mastani rich and flavourful.
