Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250 grams prawn deveined and cleansed
  2. 2-3 cloves of garlic chopped (optional)
  3. 50 grams of butter
  4. 2 teaspoon garlic paste
  5. 1 tablespoon mustard paste
  6. 3 tablespoons lime juice
  7. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 tablespoon oil
  10. 1 cup Flour
  11. 1 tablepoon chilly powder
  12. 1 teaspoon cornflour
  13. 1 egg
  14. Few leaves of parsley finely chopped
  15. Water

Instructions

  1. This is the step to make prawns cripsy. In a bowl, put 1 cup of flour, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon chilly powder​, salt and water to loosen the batter
  2. Now dip the cleansed prawns in this batter and deep fry till light brown. Repeat the process until all are done and keep them aside
  3. : In a pan, add 1 tablespoon oil. Let it heat a little and then add the butter add the chopped garlic. If you don't want the garlic. Omit it. Add garlic paste instead.
  4. Now add the fried prawns to this. Add 1 tablespoon of the mustard paste, black pepper powder, lime juice and salt. Saute until all the prawns are coated with the sauce.
  5. Add the finely chopped parsley. Turn off the flame after another minute. Your crispy prawns in butter garlic sauce is done Enjoy!!
