Ingredients to make Triple C Lassi

  • 2 cups peeled and seeded cantaloupe chunks
  • ¾ cup shredded carrots
  • 1½ tablespoon honey or brown sugar
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • Ice to serve

How to make Triple C Lassi

  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients except the ice.
  2. Add the ice in glasses, pour lassi over it and enjoy!
