ABOUT Triple C Lassi RECIPE

This coconut milk lassi is creamy and cool with the diuretic properties of cantaloupe and healthy with carrots!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups peeled and seeded cantaloupe chunks
  2. ¾ cup shredded carrots
  3. 1½ tablespoon honey or brown sugar
  4. ¾ cup coconut milk
  5. Ice to serve

Instructions

  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients except the ice.
  2. Add the ice in glasses, pour lassi over it and enjoy!
