Falooda is a very famous beverage all over India. It is very palatable as well as cooling. It has different variations.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Full-fat milk 2 cup
  2. Mango diced 1 cup
  3. Mango pulp 2 cups
  4. Vermicelli 1 cup
  5. Tapioca seeds 6 tbsp
  6. Green food color a pinch
  7. Rose syrup 2 Tbsp
  8. Tutti frutti, chopped nuts, cherry for garnishing
  9. Ice cream for topping
  10. Sugar 6 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of full-fat milk with 6 tbsp sugar and then chill it.
  2. Soak tapioca seeds for 2 hours and then boil them with milk and then cool it and keep aside.
  3. Cook the vermicelli in water drain it and cool.
  4. Take 2 ripe mangoes and make pulp out of them.
  5. Cut some mangoes in small cubes.
  6. Now let's start assembling. First arrange some mango slices at the bottom of a glass. The glass should be chilled.
  7. Pour some mango pulp over it.
  8. Pour the tapioca milk mixture over it.
  9. Divide the vermicelli mixture into two parts. In one part mix some green food coloring and add it over tapioca layer.
  10. Then add some normal vermicelli layer. Pour chilled milk over it. Then again add some chopped mango, mango pulp, tapioca and chilled milk.
  11. Top with ice cream. Decorate with chopped nuts, tutti frutti, and cherry. Serve immediately.
