Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mint leaves 1cup
  2. Garlic cloves 2 or 4
  3. Black salt 2tsp
  4. Rock salt 2tsp
  5. Black peppercorns 7-8
  6. Fresh Curd 2cups
  7. Roasted cumin powder 2tsp
  8. Water 2cups

Instructions

  1. Crush your garlic, peppercorns, mint leaves in a mortar.
  2. Add to your curd and whip up with the help of hand blender.
  3. Add salts, cumin powder, and water and blend a little.
  4. Serve chilled.
