ABOUT Rainbow Layered Yogurt drink RECIPE

This is a power pack drink with lots and lots of fruits mixed with the richness of yogurt. This is full of vitamins, minerals. This itself is a complete food.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Blueberry 1/2 cup
  2. Kiwi 1/2 cup
  3. Mango pulp 1 1/2 cup
  4. Strawberry pulp 1/2 cup
  5. Orange food color a pinch
  6. Yogurt 2 cups
  7. Sugar 8 tbsp
  8. Beetroot juice 5 tbsp

Instructions

  1. For the purple layer mix blueberry with yogurt and sugar. Add some beetroot juice to get the bright purple color.
  2. Mix the kiwi with yogurt and sugar for the green layer.
  3. Mix mango with yogurt and sugar for a yellow layer.
  4. Mix a pinch of orange food color with a part of mango yogurt mix to get the orange layer.
  5. Mix strawberry pulp with yogurt and sugar to get the red layer.
  6. Keep all the mixes 15 minutes in the freezer before assembling.
  7. Assembling: first take two chilled champagne glasses...Now add the purple layer carefully, then green, yellow, orange and red layer simultaneously one after another. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
