Creamy mango cashew popsicles with a tang of lemon & crisp pomegranates!

Ingredients Serving: 15

  1. 1 cup Cashew Milk
  2. 1 Mango, diced
  3. 2 tsp Lemon juice
  4. 4-5 tbsp Maple syrup/ honey
  5. 4 tbsp Pomegranates

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except pomegranates, in a blender and whiz until thick and silky smooth. Taste and adjust for sweetness.
  2. Stir in the pomegranate arils and pour into your popsicle molds. Freeze for 8-10 hours. Unmold and enjoy!
