ABOUT Saunf and Black Currant Sherbat RECIPE

The body uses Vitamin C to metabolize Protein and form Collagen. Black current helps our immune system.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Saunf 1/4 Cup
  2. Black currant dried 3 tsp
  3. Khadi sakar. ( misri) 3 tsp after grinding. ( rock sugar)
  4. Jeera powder ( roasted) 1 tsp
  5. Lemon juice 1 tsp / glass.

Instructions

  1. Soak Saunf in water for 2 hours.
  2. Wash black currant and soak them too.
  3. Grind rock salt.
  4. After 2 hrs blend Saunf, strain the water.
  5. In the same jar blend soaked black currant. Filter the juice.
  6. Now add rock sugar. Add roasted jeera.
  7. Stir and mix well. Now add lemon juice. Serve by adding ice cubes.
