ABOUT Moong Munch RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Split yellow moong dal -4 tablespoons
  2. Fine chopped carrot - 1 tablespoon
  3. Fine chopped cucumber - 1 tablespoon
  4. Fine chopped raw mango - 1 tablespoon
  5. Grated coconut - 1 tablespoon
  6. Slit green chilly 1
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Coriander leaves to ganish

Instructions

  1. Boil a cup of water nicely. Switch off the flame and add the dal to this for 15 minutes.
  2. Drain the water and transfer this to a wide bowl.
  3. Add carrot, cucumber, raw mango and coconut to the dal.
  4. Add salt and mix well.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves
