Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green gram sprouts 1/2cup
  2. Brown chickpeas sprouts 1/2cup
  3. Chopped tomato 1 cup
  4. Chopped onion 1/2cup
  5. Green chili 2 chopped
  6. Cumin seeds 1/2tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp +1/4 tsp
  8. Coriander seeds powder 1/2tsp
  9. Green gram soaked & grind 2 cup
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a wok put 1tbsp oil & heat it.
  2. In hot oil put cumin seeds, when cumin seeds crackle then add, turmeric powder coriander seeds powder & roast few sec
  3. Now add onion & saute till becomes transparent and then add tomato & cook till becomes soft
  4. Now add sprouts and salt & saute 4-5 mins n switch off the flame. Filling is ready
  5. Now mix 1/4tsp turmeric powder and salt in dal paste
  6. Now we will make net Chila Make a cone like mehndi cone & put moong dal (split green gram ) paste in it and cut the corner of the cone
  7. Now heat the Tawa , spread some oil on it and make net design
  8. When the colour of bottom side becomes slightly brown flip it cooks until the colour becomes slightly brown.
  9. Now remove it from Tawa and put on a serving plate and put filling on it and cover both side.
