Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chana dal 400gm
  2. Sugar 700gm
  3. Ghee 500gm
  4. Coconut 1pc
  5. Raisins 150gm
  6. Kaju 50 gm
  7. Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak chana daal into water over night.Grate coconut also.
  2. Next morning, clean dal and blend to a smooth paste.
  3. Now heat the pan with ghee and add dal mixture into pan.Add sugar, coconut, raisins, Kaju
  4. When your dal become brown then turn off the gas and serve it after cooling.
