Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Black carrot 1/2 kg
  2. Banarasi Rai 100 gm
  3. Water 5 litter
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Black salt 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut carrots lengthwise. In a big glass jar add 5 litter water add carrots in it add salt and other ingredients. Coarsely grind Rai and add into the water close the lid tightly.keep it in sunlight for 3 to 4 days.
  2. After 4 days filter it and keep it in a bottle keep this bottle in the fridge.Serve chilled
