Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Alphonso mango 2 puree
  2. Musk melon1\2 (deseeded & pureed)
  3. Rose syrup 2tsp
  4. Sugar 2 tsp if required
  5. Crushed ice 1 cup
  6. Lemony Ice cube 4 to 5 nos.

Instructions

  1. Take tall glass
  2. First, add crushed ice at the base add sugar if required mix well.
  3. Add mango puree on top crushed ice.fill the half glass.
  4. Now add rose syrup onto mango puree.
  5. Then add musk melon puree over rose syrup.
  6. Add lemony ice cube as much required
  7. Give good once stir and serve.
  8. Garnish with fruit like mango apple slice cherry.
