ABOUT Lemongrass Lemonade RECIPE

A recipe which has ingredients that are effective against a migraine headache

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Lemon grass – 5 to 7 leaf blades
  2. Lemon juice – 1 Tablespoon
  3. Organic cane sugar – 1 Tablespoon
  4. Himalayan pink salt – 1 Teaspoon
  5. Soaked almond gum – 1 Teaspoon
  6. Chilled water – 200 ml

Instructions

  1. Chop the lemon grass leaf finely and grind it with a little water and get the extract (a tablespoon).
  2. To a glass add this extract, a tablespoon lemon juice, Himalayan pink salt, sugar, soaked almond gum, mix well.
  3. Add water and serve chilled.
