ABOUT Mango Smoothie With Saffron RECIPE

Start your hot summer day in a healthy and nutritious way with this refreshing Mango smoothie.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup fresh mango juice
  2. 1/2 cup yoghurt/Dahi
  3. 1/2 Tsp Saffron strands/Kesar(optional)
  4. 2 tbsp warm milk(for dissolving the saffron strands)
  5. 1 tbsp-honey(depends on the sweetness of mango)
  6. Few ice cubes
  7. Few fresh mint leaves(for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the mango and cut into small pieces.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Meanwhile dissolve the saffron strands in warm milk and keep aside.
  4. Now take the mango juice and mix all the ingredients mention above and blend until smooth.
  5. Pour this smoothie in a glass and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  6. You can add some ice cubes if you want.
  7. Enjoy chilled.
