Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slices 8
  2. Green peas boiled 1 cup
  3. Fenugeeek leaves chopped 1/4 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Onion 1/2 cup chopped
  6. Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon
  7. Green chilli 1 or to taste
  8. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  9. Chat masala 1 teaspoon
  10. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Butter or oil for sandwich ( optional)

Instructions

  1. Mash the boiled peas and add fenugreek leaves.
  2. Add salt and other Ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Now take one slice of bread apply 1 tablespoon of the mix. And cover it with another slice.
  4. Put it on to a grill. Cook till it becomes crispy. You want to apply oil or butter you can apply.
  5. Your crispy spicy sandwich is ready. Serve it with green chutney or ketchup.
