Moong sprouts are used for cutlets

Soak moong dal overnight till morning
In morning drain the water and tie the dal in a Potli and sprinkle some water and hang it aside
In afternoon boil chickpeas
Now give one boil to dal also
Now mix both moong dal and chick peas
Now add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, hing, crushed bread, boiled potato and mix well
Make cutlets gently with hands
Now roll them one by one in suji spread on a plate
Now shallow fry these cutlets
Serve hot
