A new way of making a restaurant style paneer ki sabzi

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 tsp oil
  2. 1 small onion, finely chopped
  3. 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  4. ¼tsp turmeric / Haldi
  5. ½tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  6. 1 tomato, finely chopped
  7. ½tsp coriander powder
  8. ¼tsp cumin powder
  9. 2 tsp oil
  10. 1 dried red chili
  11. ginger
  12. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  13. ½ capsicum
  14. 8 pieces paneer / cottage cheese
  15. ¼ tsp garam masala powder
  16. 2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. First, heat oil and saute onion, add ginger garlic paste and saute well.
  2. Add tomato and saute till they turn soft and mushy, furthermore, add spice powder and saute.
  3. Cool and blend to smooth paste without adding any water. keep aside.
  4. Now in the same kadhai heat oil. add in dried red chili, ginger julienne, and cumin seeds and saute well.
  5. Add thinly sliced the onion and saute for a minute.additionally, add sliced capsicum and continue to saute.
  6. Add in prepare masala paste, tomato sauce, and salt to taste and mix well.Now add in paneer pieces and thinly sliced tomato, give a gentle mix.
  7. Now add garam masala powder and lemon juice. mix gently.Finally, serve paneer jalfrezi with rice, roti or naan
