ABOUT Spinach Pancake / Palak Chilla RECIPE

It's a healthy and tasty breakfast option for kids. Usually, kids don't like to eat palak. this is the best option to give them the nutritious palak.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Besan / gram flour 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  3. Suji / Semolina 2 tbsp
  4. Finely chopped palak 2 cup
  5. Grated ginger 1 tsp (optional)
  6. 2 Finely chopped green chilly
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Red chilly powder to taste
  9. Water as needed

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and make a pouring consistency batter.
  2. Keep aside for 10 mins.
  3. Heat up a nonstick tawa.
  4. Pour 1 big spoon of batter. Spread evenly.
  5. Cook till crispy both sides.
  6. Serve hot with curd, chutney.
