Ram Ladoo

Ingredients to make Ram Ladoo

  • 1/2 cup yellow moong dal
  • 3/4 cup chana dal
  • 1pinch hing
  • 2 green chilli
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp Green chutney
  • 2tbsp Khatha Mitha chutney
  • 2tsp grated radish
  • 2tsp grated carrot

How to make Ram Ladoo

  1. Soak chana dal and yellow moong dal for 5-6 hours
  2. Grind them coarsely.
  3. Take it in a bowl and beat till it becomes light and fluffy.
  4. Add Hing, green chilli, jeera, salt, coriander leaves
  5. Mix well
  6. Heat oil in a pan
  7. Make laddoos from the mixture
  8. Fry them till they become brown and crispy
  9. Plating:
  10. Place laddoos in a plate
  11. Pour green chutney
  12. Pour sweet chutney
  13. Put grated carrot and radish
  14. Place coriander leaves
  15. Serve
