Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 cup yellow Moong Dal
  2. 3/4 cup Chana Dal
  3. 1pinch hing
  4. 2 green chilli
  5. salt to taste
  6. 1 tsp jeera
  7. coriander leaves
  8. 2 tbsp Green chutney
  9. 2tbsp Khatha Mitha chutney
  10. 2tsp grated radish
  11. 2tsp grated carrot

Instructions

  1. Soak chana dal and yellow moong dal for 5-6 hours
  2. Grind them coarsely.
  3. Take it in a bowl and beat till it becomes light and fluffy.
  4. Add Hing, green chilli, jeera, salt, coriander leaves
  5. Mix well
  6. Heat oil in a pan
  7. Make laddoos from the mixture
  8. Fry them till they become brown and crispy
  9. Plating:
  10. Place laddoos in a plate
  11. Pour green chutney
  12. Pour sweet chutney
  13. Put grated carrot and radish
  14. Place coriander leaves
  15. Serve
