Spicy curd pasta

Ingredients to make Spicy curd pasta

  • 2 Cups presoaked pasta (4-5 hours) strained
  • 1 cup sliced red or white onions
  • 2 cups chopped mix of onion tomato green capsicum
  • 2-4 Slices of Britania cheese
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 Cup curd
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 Tbsp Oregano
  • 4 Tbsp grated fresh garlic
  • 4 tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups of water

How to make Spicy curd pasta

  1. Heat oil and fry garlic, ginger and oregano for 2-3 minutes on high and lower the flame.
  2. Now mix in onion, fry for 3-4 minutes and add all veggies and fry for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Now add pasta, cheese, curd, salt and water.
  4. Give it a boil and close the lid.Take two whistles.One on high flame and second on low flame. Open after 10 minutes.

My Tip:

You can add tomato sauce too 2 tbsp to make it more tangy.
