Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 bowl moong dal
  2. 1/2 bowl Dhuli moong dal
  3. 1/2 bowl channa dal
  4. 1/2 bowl masoor dal
  5. 3 Table spoon urad dal
  6. 2 table spoon besan
  7. 1 tea spoon Saunf /fennel
  8. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  9. Pinch Hing
  10. 1/2 bowl coriander leaves
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash the all above dal 3-4 times and soak about two hours.
  2. Take a mixer jar and add 4-5 green chilly, grind coarsely keep aside.
  3. Then add salt and above all dry ingredients mix well.
  4. Heat oil in kadhai fry in round shaped balls till golden brown, serve hot with chutney.
