Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 11/2 bowl moong split dal
  2. 1/4 cup urad dal
  3. 1/4 cup yellow moong dal
  4. 1tbsp rice
  5. 1tbsp masoor dal
  6. crushed green chilly 1tsp
  7. salt as per taste
  8. chopped onion 2 large
  9. chopped tomatoes 2
  10. Grated cheese
  11. chopped corriander leaves


  1. Soak dal for 3-4 hours.grind soaked dal like dosa batter
  2. Add green chili paste
  3. Add salt
  4. Keep dosa pan on flame
  5. Take a spoonful of batter and spread on it.
  6. Spread little onions in middle part of dosa
  7. Add chopped tomatoes
  8. Add corriander leaves
  9. Add grated cheese
  10. Sprinkle little chat masala
  11. As it becomes crispyi fold it
  12. Cut into pieces or can be served as it is
  13. Serve with green chutney
  14. Sweet tamarind chutney
  15. and ketchup
