Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Roasted peanuts 1 bowl
  2. Gram flour 2 tbsp
  3. Rice flour 1 tbsp
  4. Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
  5. Pinch of asafoetida
  6. amchur powder 1/2 tsp
  7. 2-3 tsp water
  8. oil for Deep frying
  9. Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Add gram flour, red chili powder, salt, amchur powder, asafoetida, water to roasted peanuts and make such that the batter coats the peanuts.
  2. Heat oil in deep fry these peanuts and a spring curry leaf.
  3. Your masala peanuts are ready.
