ABOUT Chila Sandwich RECIPE

Healthy meal and all time favorite Sandwich with Moong dal Chila spiced well.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1cup moong dal
  2. 1tsp cumin coriander powder
  3. 1tsp red chili Everest masalas
  4. 1/4tsp asafetida/Hing
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Pepper sprinkle
  7. 2-3 tbsp oil
  8. Green Coriander Chutney
  9. 50 grams butter
  10. 4-6 slices brown or white bread

Instructions

  1. Soak moong dal for 1hour
  2. Grind it very fine
  3. Add salt and all seasoning mix well
  4. Heat a griddle or nonstick Tava well and grease
  5. Now pour a cup full of batter for Chila on hot Tava and spread a little
  6. Grease from sides and turn sides cook well
  7. Remove and cool
  8. Apply butter to bread slices
  9. Apply green chutney on this
  10. Put the Chila into the bread
  11. Cut out edges and then diagonally
  12. Enjoy with ketchup or as it for brunch
  13. Serve with your favourite drink or tea
