ABOUT Cucumber Fudge RECIPE

It is a tastiest fudge ...very easy to.make ..and very healthy to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina 1 cup
  2. cucumber 1 cup grated
  3. Ghee 150 gms
  4. Sugar 150 grams
  5. 1 Cup Jaggery
  6. Khoya 2tablespoon
  7. Milk powder 2tablespoon
  8. Cardamom powder 1tsp
  9. Kaju 1tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Roast semolina
  2. Heat ghee in a wok.
  3. Now add all ingredients
  4. Now add sugar jaggerymix well .stir continuously.
  5. Now add khoya and milk powder stir continuously.
  6. Now add cardamom powder f stir well
  7. Grease a cake tin with ghee.
  8. Put mixture in it and spread evenly.
  9. Steam for 25 miNutes
  10. After cooling, the cut into pieces.
  11. Add Kaju on it.
  12. Your cucumber fudge is ready.
