Ingredients to make Easy Super Food - Almond Shake

  • 2 tbsp raw sesame seeds
  • 6-8 organic almonds
  • 6-8 dates (seedless or deseed)
  • For flavor - 1 cardamom/A pinch of cinnamon

How to make Easy Super Food - Almond Shake

  1. In a blender, blend sesame seeds, almonds & the flavoring together till it forms a powder.
  2. Add the dates (de-seeded) & blend till pasty.
  3. Add a liitle bit of water if you desire to make it smoother
  4. Remove the paste into a tall glass, add water.
