ABOUT Healthy Garbanzo Beans Salad RECIPE

Fresh Garbanzo beans, vibrant green in colour, make a very healthy and an ideal munchy snack in between the meals. It is full of minerals, protein and antioxidants.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup - Fresh garbanzo beans or cholia slightly boiled or steamed
  2. 1/2 cup - Red and yellow bell peppers, finely chopped
  3. 1 - Medium tomato, chopped
  4. 1- Green chili, chopped
  5. 2 tsp - Lemon juice
  6. 1/2 tsp - Chaat masala
  7. 2 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  8. 1 - medium onion, chopped
  9. Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice and chopped coriander.
  3. Serve immediately warm or at room temperature as you prefer.
