ABOUT Soy Shake RECIPE

This is my mom's recipe. As children we drank this after school. It is a super healthy shake with just 3 ingredients.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soybean - ½ cup
  2. Warm milk - 600 ml
  3. Sugar - 2-3 tbsp
  4. Milk cream - 2 tbsp for garnish (optional) 

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the soya bean in a pan in low-medium heat stirring continuously till light golden and a nice aroma comes out of it about 10 mins or so. 
  2. Take off from the heat and let it cool down. Grind them into a fine powder and sieve them. 
  3. Add the soya powder in a mixing jar. Add half of the warm milk and stir nicely and make a lumps free shake. Pour the remaining milk and stir well. Garnish with milk cream and serve.
