Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida - 2cup
  2. Suji - 1/2cup
  3. Milk - 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar - 1teaspoon
  5. Soda - 1/4 tbs
  6. Grated coconut - 1/2cup
  7. ilayichi powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients to make a fluffy batter.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhayi and drop a small quantity of batter at a time to fry till golden brown.
  3. Make sugar syrup with 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water. Drop the malpuas in the sugar syrup. Keep them there for 4-5 minutes then serve hot with rabri.
