Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Low fat plain yogurt :1 cup
  2. Ground ginger :1/2 tsp
  3. Turmeric powder :1/2 tsp
  4. Ground coriander :1/2 tsp
  5. Sea salt :1/2 tsp
  6. Ground black pepper :1/4 tsp
  7. Skinless salmon fillets :4
  8. Vegetable oil spray

Instructions

  1. Heat broiler.In a small bowl combine yogurt,ginger,coriander,turmeric, black pepper and salt
  2. Spray a broiler pan.place salmon on pan.spread yogurt mixture on top of fillets,dividing evenly.broil until fish is just opaque to 12 to 14 minutes.
  3. Serve immediately.
