ABOUT Palak Fritters RECIPE

A healthy and a taste worthy Indian delight with the goodness of palak.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Palak (Spinach) - 1½ bowl minced and ground to paste
  2. Rice flour - 1 cup
  3. Green Chilies - 4 minced
  4. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  5. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In the paste of palak or spinach add rice flour, green chillies, coriander powder and salt. Beat well to form a thick batter.
  2. Heat oil for deep frying the fritters. Measuring a spoonful add the batter to the oil and fry over medium heat.
  3. Strain out the fritters when they turn slightly golden brown. Serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
